Thank you for visiting my profile. I qualified as an Accredited Mediator in 2012 and now a Registered Practitioner with Scottish Mediation. I have acquired Lead Mediator status with Strathclyde Mediation Clinic over the last year and have found that approximately 70% cases resolve without court involvement.

I worked in the financial sector for over 15 years prior to training to become a BABCP Accredited cognitive behavioural therapist. Whilst working with children and families, I was drawn to mediation training and found this an excellent way of helping to resolve conflict. I am also trained as a mentor and conflict coach. I have found that skills used in both mediation and therapy dovetail well together to help bring about reliable change.
